What are the berets made out of?

• Berets are made of wool!

What sizes are the berets/Will it fit me?

• Berets are 11" in diameter and have a little wiggle room so various head sizes can be comfortable! Please make sure that you are aware of the size! Berets are a one size fits all product!

Will you make a beret for _____? Will this come in another color?

• If there is enough interest or requests made; suggested berets can be made! 

Will _____ be restocked after it's sold out?

• If there is enough continued interest, yes!

Do you ship worldwide?

• Yes! Shipping is international from California, USA!

What does a pre-order mean?

• A pre-order means the beret is still in production and you are agreeing to wait 3-4 (sometimes less or more) for your order to get to you! As a thank you for your patience freebies will be included for each purchase! 

How long does a instock order take to ship?

• Depending on the size of the shop update, shipping times can vary! If the shop update is large it can take me 2-3 weeks to package and ship every order! This shop is solely ran by me so each order is packaged one at a time so please understand that it does take time!

Can I get a refund/cancel my order?

• Order cancellations are available within the first 48 hours of your purchase. After that time period your order is final. All sales are final as well. If there are any extreme circumstances that require a refund/cancellation outside of these terms please contact me immediately!

How much is shipping (domestic or international)?

• Shipping is automatically calculated through shopify based on the weight and dimensions of the package! Shipping can be calculated for your specific country through checkout! Most international shipping is between $9-$14+ (increases depending on weight) while domestic is $2-$4+. If there are any issues please feel free to contact me!

Do you combine shipping?

• Due to trust issues with shopify's shipping algorithm, I will NOT be combining orders. If you place multiple orders; they will be shipped separately.

My order was lost/returned to you, what do I do?

• If you notice your order is going to be returned to me please reach out to me! I send out notifications via email when I receive returned packages so we can arrange for them to be reshipped! If your order is lost through the USPS please contact them to file a claim with their missing mail search requests! For international orders please contact your local postal service to file a missing package report! I am not liable for missing packages and refunds are not issued if a package is lost! I do my best to ensure everyone receives their order so please do not file chargebacks for lost packages that are out of my hands!

How should I wash my beret?

• I HIGHLY recommend taking your beret to the dry cleaners! They know how to properly (and safely) clean your beret! If you do not want to do that please HAND WASH your beret with WOOL SAFE soap (Woolite is a great brand for spot cleaning berets)! There are many articles online teaching the proper way to wash your wool products! DO NOT PUT YOUR BERET IN A WASHER OR DRYER!!

My beret has a lot of fuzz. How can I remove it?

• To keep my berets looking brand new after tons of uses I use a fabric shaver! They are sold at any local Target or Walmart or even online! It's perfect for removing excess fuzz and lint!

Who is your ______ manufacturer?

• I know many are curious as to who my manufacturer(s) are but please do not ask! Although I am always willing to give advice on any shop related questions, asking me for my manufacturers is incredibly impolite. I have worked hard to build relationships with manufacturers who work best for me personally! Manufacturers are not a one stop shop for everyone so it's best to find one that works best for you!
